Last Week

Black Oak Lodge was last weekend, hosted by the Shire of Darach. Lord Paul and Lady Gwen had a wonderfully low-key day of classes, fighting, and food.

This Week

This month’s Arts & Sciences class is Campfire Songs of Caid, held on Thursday at 7:30pm at Todde & Mora’s house. Come to share and/or learn songs to sing around the campfire (like at King’s Hunt).  This will be a very low key event.  Being able to sing on key is not a requirement for attending.

Collegium Caidis is March 22 & 23 in Lyondemere. A substantial number of people from the Shire heading down for two days of awesome classes. If you are planning on attending or want to know more about it, please talk to Gwen.

Further Away & Other Bits

King’s Hunt, hosted by the Shire of Carreg Wen, is on April 4-6 at Live Oak Campground. It’s a great event that’s just twenty minutes from us, so everyone is encouraged to attend (even if just for the day on Saturday). If you are planning on going, would like to go, or have questions, please contact Paul.

The Shire has a Facebook Group, for those who are so inclined to discuss things there.
